Brilliantly unique, gorgeous, and amazingly versatile.

The Gold Tone EBM Electric Banjo incorporates the classic aesthetic of the F-style mandolin in the peghead and body scrolls. Banjos graduated from the front porch a good long while ago, but an electric banjo is still a rarity, and the Gold Tone banjo will turn heads. Luxurious appointments include precision snowflake inlays on the bound rosewood fretboard, full body binding, and gleaming gold hardware. A humbucker under the head provides great tonal contrast to the single coil in the banjo's neck.

Comments about Gold Tone EBM Electric Banjo:

I bought this banjo about a year ago, and it is a very beautiful instrument. Much better looking in real life than in the pictures. And the sound was very wonderful too, the only complaint about it is the tone is mostly just a treble volume it seems, doesnÆt actually work as much as a tone on other electric banjos. It has a very wide diversity of tones ranging from a mellow jazz guitar sound, to a banjo sound, to a country electric guitar sound, which was very fun to mix and match for your own personal sound. It was fairly quiet unplugged, but due to the tone ring, is still not too quiet. Definitely would keep the door closed when practicing late at night unplugged, so as not to wake anyone up. The action was very nice, and there was no buzzing in the strings. Would probably buy this banjo again for the price.
