One of the representative Premium models, the Ibanez RG1120PBZ comes with a wide range of distinctive features that will motivate any guitarist. The guitar features a stunning poplar burl top with a beautiful Caribbean islet flat finish. This Ibanez comes with an 11-piece Wizard neck made of maple, walnut and purple heart, contributing to the neck’s extreme rigidity and increasing sustain.
The ebony fretboard provides tight response and comes with Jescar EVO gold frets with Premium fret edge treatment. Jescar EVO gold frets are known for their bright tone, gorgeous look and player-friendly features, such as long durability and smoothness for note bending. The luminescent side dot inlay makes it easy for players to see in the dark, especially when onstage. The Ibanez RG1120PBZ is loaded with DiMarzio Covered Fusion Edge pickups, the product of a collaboration between DiMarzio and Ibanez. DiMarzio Covered Fusion Edge pickups provide great clarity and a very smooth response. The Dyna-MIX 10 offers 10 sound variations and can easily switch between humbucker and single-coil modes with just the mini switch.
Additionally, the power tap mode provides a realistic single-coil sound despite its two-humbucker pickup layout. This model adopts Belden writing material and copper shielding inside control cavity, so noiseless sound can be expected. This model also features the Edge-Zero II tremolo bridge, providing exceptional tuning stability, precise intonation adjustment and playing comfort. A soft case is included.
