Comments about Morrie Backun Ringless Grenadilla Clarinet Barrel:

I was running flat on my selmet series 9 wood clarinet and now perfect in tune with the 64.5 barrel.fits snuff so need to lube up a lot with cork grease. Fits the selmer and buffet models very well

Comments about Morrie Backun Ringless Grenadilla Clarinet Barrel:

I tried this barrel at a local music store and it was slightly better than mine, but not enough to pay nearly $200 for it. If you're looking for an upgrade from a plain barrel, this is a pretty good bet. The sound that came from this barrel was pretty round and a focused. I didn't get it only because I preferred not to spend $200 on a barrel when my $50 (discontinued Eddie Daniels metal barrel) one was only a little under it.
