The C1 Traditional Custom Series trumpet is among one the most popular Traditional Custom Series models, ideal for the player needing slightly more resistance than a large bore instrument. The bore design of the C1 trumpet allows for security when performing solo literature, chamber music and lighter playing. With the combination of a medium-large bore and a large throat bell, this design offers the player an immediate attack clarity, even scale and brilliant tone.

The C1 trumpet is available in two variations—a fixed yellow brass bell or a tunable yellow brass bell—each designed to customize the instrument performance to the player.

  • C1 – Yellow brass fixed bell. A large throat #1 bell with a taper graduated for even and full-bodied tone.
  • C1L – Tunable yellow brass bell. The detachable bell design allows tuning from the bell, to offer a more open, free feeling in the upper register. With less bracing, the response feels quicker by allowing the bell to resonate more to improve projection.
