Never put together!

They shipped this product without the correct number of screws and assembly pieces. We had already opened the box and the only way they could fix the issue was to ship back the entire record holder at our own cost and order a new one. The box was so heavy we had to slide it across our home, and we already got rid of the shipping box. There was no way we were taking those heavy pieces anywhere to buy a new box and ship it. The pieces are still in our closet. We were totally bummed it was an anniversary present for my wife with a record player.
