V-Class Bracing Engineered for Optimal Tone
Taylor's groundbreaking V-Class bracing enhances the GA's tone in three key ways. Notes have more projection and sustain, with a purer pitch. The fretboard is brought into greater sonic alignment so notes higher up the neck don't sound choked out. Chords have a more agreeable tone as notes bloom together, with fewer sour overtones. The GA is also easier to tune precisely thanks to V-Class bracing.
ES2 Pickup System Captures Nuance
The ES2 pickup system features three uniquely-placed sensors to capture the GA's acoustic tone in detail. Because the pickup sits behind the saddle rather than underneath, the saddle maintains full contact with the bridge, conveying tone with clarity whether unplugged or amplified.
