The special-edition GS Mini-e from Taylor is a staple of the acoustic guitar world because of its bold voice and portable, playable size. Featuring a sapele body, the GS Mini-e allows players to hear a rich projection and clarity with enough power to cut through an instrument mix. Onboard ES-B electronics make plugging in easy, and with the built-in digital tuner, players will have everything they need for an inspiring playing experience. The GS Mini is amplified via the Expression System Basic (ES-B) system, which incorporates piezo design elements from the flagship Taylor ES2 system and is powered by an onboard preamp that includes a built-in digital chromatic tuner, an LED display for tuning and low battery indication and Tone/Volume controls. The preamp/tuner is powered by two button cell 3v lithium batteries and conserves battery life using a standard on/off system that will automatically turn off if left on over three minutes. A low battery indicator on the LED display (located on the preamp circuit board) will display an “L” when the battery reaches 4.5 volts. A Taylor structured gig bag is also included for easy portability and ultimate protection.
