This stand does what it's supposed to. It holds 2 saxes as well as 2 other instruments (presumably a flute and/or a clarinet). If that's what you need it's perfect. Well constructed, it looks like it will last a long time. The only problem is I don't play flute or clarinet, and want it to hold my soprano sax. The supplied pegs are too small to hold a soprano. WWBW (& nowhere else I checked) sell a soprano peg to fit this stand. The nut is smaller than those on a Hercules or Belmonte stand, so a peg for those won't fit. That's the only down side here. It Titan were to come out with a soprano peg this would be a best buy. I'll still keep it because it was so reasonable, and it is a good stand. But, if you play soprano sax, keep looking.

Its light has 4 instrument holders is cheap and folds and is compact when disassembled for longer travel ....locally leave assembled works ok w following needs metal tape or weight on back base arm at back T and or what ive done is place support object underneath tenor sax if not can fall forward and 20xs in repair and tilted the vertical horn arms angled back as the front base T joint where it folds is thin and flexible but not too far or many times as it destabilize and could break and wont fold evenly as intended

Comments about Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand with Double Flute or Double Clarinet Peg:

This stand does not seem very stable it moves and rocks. Eventually one day my tenor sax fell backward when the stand rocked in that direction and had to be repaired. If I thought the company who makes would have done anything about my horn I would have contacted them. I don't think it is made very well.

Comments about Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand with Double Flute or Double Clarinet Peg:

This stand is fine as the "permanent" stand in the House, but others fold up easier for gigs. Can't beat the quality/price ratio.

Comments about Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand with Double Flute or Double Clarinet Peg:

I'm sure there are better stands out there, but for the money I don't see how you can beat this one. When my tenor was the only thing on it, I was a little unsure, but by the time I got it completely loaded up and adjusted the rests it felt sturdy.

            • Leaving one at multiple studios

Comments about Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand with Double Flute or Double Clarinet Peg:

I am a private lesson instructor at four different schools as well as my home studio. I leave one of these stands at each location eliminating the need to carry one around all week.

While the stand is not overly sturdy, it holds all four instruments quite well. I trust them to hold both my intermediate and pro level instruments. BTW, my home studio stand is heavier and more sturdy, but it would not be as easy to transport. Also, the cost would be prohibitive to purchase my home model for each location.

Comments about Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand with Double Flute or Double Clarinet Peg:

The Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand is a nice bargain and great for home use but I would not necessarily use it on stage because the top brace is too short / loose and it is easy to knock a horn out of it, even just through the vibrations of the stage if somebody walks by.

Comments about Titan Folding Alto and Tenor Double Saxophone Stand with Double Flute or Double Clarinet Peg:

I have purchased two of these stands to date, and am considering a third. I teach at various studios each week and leave them there. I do however have a heavier duty model that I don't travel with for my home studio.
