Le Masque: Delay is a time-line driven delay effect that can be used to perform unique and totally new delay effects in a fast and intuitive way. Inheriting the renowned XILS-lab filters and all of XILS™ experience making virtual analog synthesizers and audio effects, the Le Masque: Delay lets you fine tune your effect with refined accuracy. Using Le Masque: Delay' grid system you can specify which part or parts of the dry signal will be processed by the effect and which parts will remain untouched, in turn allowing you to add a delay to the snare drum of a drum loop, or maybe the upstroke of a rhythm guitar. The Grid system is completely synced to your DAW so everything will remain completely in time with your session. Unlike on some other Delay Units, the Filter section is a crucial part of the Mask. Not only does Le Masque: Delay makes use of the renowned XILS smooth and warm analog filters, but it use also their surgical precision to perform such delicate tasks as extracting the HH from a complete Drum loop, and the low mids of a guitar.
