  2. How do I obtain special pricing for music educators?

    There are several ways for you to shop with your exclusive educator pricing. If you don’t already have an account, you can register to use the Educator Website where you can conveniently shop online 24/7 while getting great educator pricing.

    You can also email us your quote request at schools@wwbw.com, fax us your request at 800.266.5962 or call your dedicated Institutional Staff Advisors at 800.346.4448 (Monday-Friday 9am-8pm Eastern) and we’ll send you a quote within 1-2 business days.

  4. What is a Purchase Order and why do I need one to place an order for my school?

    A Purchase Order (also called a PO) is a written sales contract between a buyer and a seller detailing the exact merchandise or services to be rendered. It may specify payment terms, delivery dates, item identification, quantities, shipping terms and all other obligations and conditions. Most schools and districts require a PO.

    Because your school will be paying us after the merchandise is shipped to you, we require this upfront Purchase Order to ensure both your school and Woodwind & Brasswind are protected in the transaction.

  5. How can I set up an account with WWBW?

    Click register to set up an account with WWBW. Once you submit your information, we'll get to work right away on creating your account and we'll send you an email within 3-5 days that will prompt you to log in and set your password.

    We can also create an account with the submission of your school's first official purchase order document. We will contact you if there is any other information we need to complete your account.

  7. I didn’t receive an invoice or I need to request a copy of an invoice. How can I do this?

    The easiest way to request an invoice is to email us at schools@wwbw.com. You can also call us at 800.346.4448 (Monday-Friday 9am-8pm Eastern).

    Please note: Invoices are not sent in the packages you receive. They are sent separately to the billing address indicated on the purchase order and may also be emailed if there is an official email address for invoices attached to your account.

    You may also want to check your spam folder to ensure the invoice did not get caught there.

  10. How quickly can I get my merchandise?

    Woodwind & Brasswind has one of the largest in-stock inventories in the country. When you place an order with us, your merchandise usually ships within 24 hours or the next business day. With our centrally located warehouse, many customers receive their orders within 1-3 business days. If you are placing a special order, or if item(s) are backordered, it may take longer to receive your merchandise. You will be provided with additional information if we will not be able to ship your order right away.

    We offer tax exempt status to those who qualify. Please call us at 800.346.4448 and the representative will inform you how to send us your tax exempt status and will let you know of any other information we require.

    Institutions in CA, IN, MD, MO, TX and UT must provide a tax exempt gift certificate and number prior to purchase.

  12. My merchandise is backordered. What does this mean?

    Backorder dates are based on the individual manufacturer's estimated delivery date to us and are subject to change without notice. We are in continual contact with the manufacturers and ship backordered items as soon as possible. However, there are unforeseen circumstances that delay items. We update our information as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer. Please be assured that we are working hard to fulfill your order upon receipt of the merchandise.
