    International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Standard/Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the global checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

  3. International shipping options

    Below is a summary of delivery promises for our international orders. You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

  4. WWBW International Return Policy

    New Gear: If you're not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 45 days of receipt (see exceptions below) and we'll give you a full refund. It's that simple. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge. See detailed return handling charges here. Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained category professionals. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

    Used Gear: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of a used item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of shipment and we'll give you a full refund. Items not returned in original condition are subject to a return handling charge. Select used item are not returnable.

    Exceptions: There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo and select used items. Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened - strings, reeds, computers, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, sheet music, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product. All returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a $10.00 sanitization fee. Returned bows are assessed a $4.00 restocking fee. Returned mouthpieces priced over $300 incur an $8.00 sanitization fee; the fee for mouthpieces under $300 is $4.00. Due to its return policies, you must contact Apple directly to repair, replace or return Apple products. Apple products may not be returned to us under any circumstance. Stringed instruments priced at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of being received.

    Abuse of Return Privileges Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers never get stuck with a wrong piece of gear. Those who violate the spirit of our return policy by having excessive returns may be subject to limitations or suspension of return privileges. You can initiate a return for a full refund for most new and unopened items by requesting a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 45 days of delivery. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 60 from when your RMA is created.

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund except if the return results from an error on our part or from receipt of a defective product. In those cases we will cover the return shipping charges.

    Please allow two to three weeks for receipt of your refund. Refunds are issued in the same form as the method of payment originally used. We will notify you by email with your refund status.

  5. Exchanges

    In the event you request an exchange, any taxes or duty you may have paid on the original item will be refunded to you. Exchange requests are handled like returns on international orders. In order to obtain an exchange, you must place a new order for the new item and return the item you wish to exchange for a refund. We will then recover any taxes or duty you paid on the original item and issue a refund to you for its cost plus any taxes or duty you paid. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you ship your return for receipt of your refund.

  6. What is the amount of duties and taxes charged on international orders?

    Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that we support. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the global checkout.

  9. How will I know the total cost of my International order?

    Just add items to your basket and click on the checkout button. Borderfree will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

  11. I live in the U.S., can I ship an order internationally but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?

    Yes, you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you're an American traveling or living abroad.

  12. What payment options are available for international orders?

    For orders shipping to Canada we currently support Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. For orders shipping to other countries outside of the U.S., we support Visa and Mastercard, with additional payment options coming soon.

  13. Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

    If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country selection, you will be notified during the checkout process.

  17. Do your electronic items work in all countries?

    We sell items that run on 110 volt electricity (USA standard), unless otherwise noted. If your country has other than 100 volts (220 volts is common), severe damage may result IF you use this item without a voltage converter. A simple plug adapter is not enough; you also need to convert the power to 110 volts. We accept no responsibility for any claim resulting from damage caused by power usage other that 110 volt.
