These lightweight cases feature a range of thermoformed shells to meet the precise needs of any musician. The Classic case features a single layer of ABS which is strong and resistant to shock. The Newtech design has a double layer with an airex and PVC foam skeleton. This case is rigid with an ABS outer layer of anti-scratch PMMA film. The Hightech model has a triple ply structure and full airex with a PVC foam core making it extremely lightweight and highly resistant to temperature. Bam produces its own polyurethane foam to be used inside the cases which provides a longer lifetime, great resilience, and protects against weather with a water resistant fabric. The interiors of the cases vary to either gently cradle the instrument or to position it in full suspension.
