All Paiste Line Symphonic cymbals come in different weights. The Light models have, naturally, a light sound airy, transparent , and "splash-like". The Heavy models fall in the other extreme heavy, strong, dense and energetic. The Medium Light and the Medium Heavy fall in-between these principal points-Light, Medium and Heavy.
Hand straps sold separately.

I have recently owned a 19" pair of these cymbals (light), a 19" pair of Sabian HHX Vienesse, and a Pair of Zildjian Stadium cymbals in 18" medium. The Paiste had superior tone by far. The Sabian was louder but did not have concert quality. They are better however for playing as crash cymbals with acoustic drums than the Paiste Light which I would not want to hit with sticks. The Sabian would be better for a larger Marching Band I believe. The Zildjian Stadium are nice if sound quality is not that important and you are on a budget.
