I bought this case a little over a year ago. The main case section fits the form of Bachs and Schilkes, Bb and C (not sure about other keys, Eb, G, etc.) The mute area is large enough for Straight, Cup, Harmon, and Plunger mutes. The front zipper area also holds ALOT of stuff, tuners, metronomes, music, pencils, you name it. It's also very durable, on the outside. Drawbacks include: 1) Certain mouthpiece holders will not fit, such as hard plastic ones and megatone mouthpieces. 2) Had a mouthpiece slide down the plastic sleeve and get stuck, as a result of cold weather and my mouthpiece shrinking. Had to use a blowdryer to heat it up in order to unstick it. However, the glue seperated and not too long after that the piece of wood holding the mouthpieces came off of the supporting screws. In attempt to make the best out of a bad situation, after removing the screws I now have a double case for my Bach Bb and my Schilke C.

I have played trumpet for many years. My son began playing in Middle School band this year. I wanted a case that would be easy for him to carry, considering he has a huge book bag at school also. I researched many cases, most of which were more expensive, and this one always had great reviews. After receiving it, I see why! It's lightweight, but very sturdy and offers great protection for his trumpet. The big plus for me was that it came with a shoulder strap, plus you can order a backpack strap, so that it can be carried on the back like a backpack. I'll have to say I was skeptical to order over the internet because I wanted to touch and feel it first, but after receiving this, I am SO GLAD that I ordered it. Don't hesitate to purchase this one. It's extremely roomy and also accommodates the Megatone mouthpiece in the mouthpiece holder. I think it's a great product at a great price!

"Good Solid case - lots of room"

I really like the amount of room for mute/accessory storage. I have a collapsible trumpet stand, a collapsible battery-powered stand light and a straight mute there with a little room to spare. If I took out the stand, I could fit my Harmon, cup and straight mute in there with room to spare. The side zippered pocket could be a little deeper. A regular sheet of paper - 8.5x11 - fits in, but fairly tightly. Music that is on slightly larger paper won't fit in there without folding. I've had it for a couple of months and like it a lot better than the stock case that came with my current main trumpet (Besson). It feels very solid so far. If the side pocket was a little deeper - to easily hold music wider than 8.5" - then I would give it a 5 star rating.

I've been playing the trumpet for many, many years, and have a degree from UNC for it. I've had my fair share of cases, and I really love this one. I bought it a few months ago, not quite expecting to get something so nice. The double mouthpiece is nice, and I can fit a megatone. I have a Bach Bb, and the case holds it securely with plenty of room (for) a Straight, Cup, Harmon, and Plunger mute. The music section could be a little bigger, but besides that it is amazing. It can even hold a Pep-band flip folder, which is nice. It's soft yet sturdy, and can withstand a fall very well. I highly recommend buying it if you need a reliable case that will last you a long time. Also great for travel!

I have a Getzen trumpet right now, and with it came one of their blue cases. It was alright, but it was annoying not having enough room for all my mutes. So I got this case recently, and it is so much better. I can fit my cup, straight, Harmon, and plunger, some valve oil, and usually whatever else I want to put in it. It works really well.
