This elegant reed resurfacer is designed in washable, tempered glass. Its etched surface offers many advantages when resurfacing your reeds and is very durable.

The washable abrasive glass surface allows fine sanding. The reed stick has a fine, regular grain that lets you personalize your reeds. The shape is specially designed for the precise customizing of reeds. These tools practically never wear out.

This is an awesome product! As previously stated, I am a private clarinet teacher. I, and all of my students, have all had "that reed" that has great potential, but is just too hard. You can't sand it down enough with paper, and sandpaper is too rough. Well, this product solves that problem! This resurfacer sands the reed down, and quickly! In fact, the first time I used mine I didn't try to play on the reed before sanding further, and I sanded it a little too much. :) So in short, this makes almost all (unchipped, uncracked, etc.) reeds playable and sound great!!!

This product is amazing! I bought one a couple of weeks ago, and I am still impressed. It will work on any reed, and though it is too small for some reeds, it will make up for it! If you don't buy one, than you will be throwing away reeds, that can be salvaged.
