The Masterbilt Excellente Epiphone acoustic-electric with Fishman preamp and pickups.

Perhaps the rarest Epiphone model ever made, only 141 Excellente acoustic guitars were produced between 1963 and 1970. It features a solid Sitka spruce top, an ebony fingerboard with historical Pearl Cloud inlay, bone nut and saddle, and gold Kluson Waffleback tuners. The Epiphone Masterbilt Excellente is powered by the Fishman Sonitone onboard preamp system.
