For that searing, crushing Dimebag tone!
The Seymour Duncan SH-13 Dimebucker is an electric guitar pickup that helps you make your own metal massacre tone. It uses a powerful ceramic magnet coupled with stainless steel blades to generate a take-no-prisoners attitude. The secret to Dime's crunch is the small amount of metal mass in the core of the pickup. This allows both high D.C. resistance and a high resonant peak. The result: a high-output, aggressive humbucker with lots of treble bite and clarity, combined with punchy bass response and exceptional dynamics. The SH13 Dimebucker is perfect for hard rock and heavy metal.

Comments about Seymour Duncan SH-13 Dimebucker Pickup:
Perfect balance of highs and lows. Perfect to play Dime's riffs. Sound comes just like Dime's playing. No question, the man used these pickups himself. I also put one with an SD59 on my Gibson SG special worn brown and it is awesome. You can also pull RR's "Crazy Train" with this thing more than perfect. It's not for Kiss "Love Gun" riffing tough because in my opinion the Dimebucker doesn't scream the "mid frequency" as other pick ups do. Anyway, I pulled the EMG81 off on my LesPaul and it still has too much "mids" in it. I might as well put the Dimebucker on the LesPaul, too. Dime was 1,000 years ahead of us. No question, the Dimebucker ROCKS!
